Caregiver Pay rate:​

Level I: $50 per day

Level II: $65 per day

Level III: $85 per day
Referral Bonus Program:​
Step 1: Refer a friend
Step 2: They become a YPIH participant
Step 3: Receive $300 referral bonus after 60 days

Medical Equipment & Supplies

Our team will work with your Case Manager to get the equipment & supplies you need

Most equipment & supplies require a Doctor Prescription & approval from Medicaid
Caregiver Training

Medicaid requires 2 Home Visits per Quarter

Medicaid requires 8hrs of In-person caregiver training per year

Caregivers will be provided with the resources necessary to care for their loved ones & themselves

Receive certificates of completion from each training
